Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information necessary for bookkeeping services. Cornerstone Capital Bookkeeping LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client financial information. We will not disclose your financial data to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to deliver agreed-upon services (e.g., sharing data with QuickBooks Online).

Limitation of Liability

Cornerstone Capital Bookkeeping LLC provides bookkeeping services and is not a licensed CPA, attorney, or financial advisor. Our services do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on bookkeeping records we prepare. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
