We maintain strict confidentiality of all client financial information. We will not disclose your financial data to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to deliver agreed-upon services (e.g., sharing data with QuickBooks Online).

Cornerstone Capital Bookkeeping LLC provides bookkeeping services and is not a licensed CPA, attorney, or financial advisor. Our services do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on bookkeeping records we prepare. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the client engagement agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We will provide you with your financial records and data upon request.
